Barrel Charcuterie Boards:
Expect marks, gaps, gouges and marks due to my previous life as a wine barrel. Do not use as a cutting board. The top can be wiped clean with a wet rag, but do not submerge in water as the base is not waterproof. Store flat.

Before use, season chalkboard by rubbing white chalk across entire
surface then wipe with a dry cloth. This helps prevent ghosting.
Cherry Charcuterie Cutting Board
- Clean with soap & water
- Dry thoroughly
- Do not soak
- Apply oil monthly or more often depending on use
- To apply mineral oil: Start with a clean dry board. Wipe on with paper towel or cloth. Let soak in for 20 minutes. Wipe off excess with dry towel.
