Shipping & Returns

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from Toronto, Canada

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order is dispatched it will take anywhere between 2-10 business days in North America and between 4 - 21 business days worldwide.

Standard Shipping is FREE UNTRACKED letter mail shipping within Canada.
We encourage customers to purchase Tracked shipping to have tracking available. WE DO NOT REPLACE ITEMS CANADA POST LOSES IF YOU DID NOT UPGRADE TO TRACKED SHIPPING. Free shipping does not come with a tracking number or insurance, so if you agree to free shipping, you will not be able to track the parcel or collect a refund from Canada post OR OUR SHOP if they lose the item or if it doesn't reach you. We do not take on the responsibility of Canada Post’s errors, and as a small business, this is an expense we cannot incur once the item is no longer in our hands. Please understand that if you choose Free shipping, you have agreed to these terms, and if an error happens with the shipping carrier, we will redirect you to this policy.


Tracked shipping (standard shipping service 2- 10 business days ) expect delivery delays due to COVID-19.

Can I get the order sooner?

Default shipping method offered is regular delivery. However, at checkout there will be a paid option to get Xpress delivery for orders within Canada.

Is Shipping Free?

Within Canada we offer :
1) Letter Mail which is untracked and free shipping
2) Tracked shipping at the cost of $ 8 CAD

Tracked shipping (standard shipping service 2- 10 business days ) 

For all other countries: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 CAD

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide.

Are duties covered for international orders?

Any applicable taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient as they are not applied in the checkout total. These fees will be determined by the customs agency of the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees after checkout.

What is your policy for returns?

To avoid the spread of COVID-19 we have decided not to take any returns.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority - If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please Contact us with details and we can work towards a solution for the same!

When leaving a review, please remember that shipping times are not in our control, so if you experience a delay,(especially if you chose standard shipping ) the shipping time should not be a reflection of the service you experienced but rather by the purchased product and customer service :)
