Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime before our international shipping, and 42Lolita will refund you according to our refund policy under different situations. If you cancel the order after shipping, the payment will not be fully refunded. You can receive the package first, then ship it back to us. We will deduct international shipping fee we have spent as well as any tax occurred in the our country customs, then refund you the rest item cost. You are responsible for shipping fee back.

Customs tax

Each parcel might be held by customs for checking and tax. All customs problems need to be solved by yourself.
