Here are the bag locking instructions for your PHAEVERS lockable smell proof bags. There are two types of bags that PHAEVERS sells that have combination locks.
One requires you to push the button in, and one requires you to push the button out. Either way, the button must be in 0-0-0 before you can open the bag when it is initially purchases.
