Incorrect Address
Please make sure to input the correct address during checkout. If you put the incorrect address, we will be unable to replace your order or refund it.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excludes holidays) for us to process your order. During sales the processing time may range from 1-3 business days depending on the volume of orders.
Shipping Time
Once we ship out your orders, the transit time depends on the shipping method chosen. We do our best to package every order with care but please keep in mind that sometimes damages may occur during the transit process. If any items arrive damaged, please reach out to us so we can replace your items.
Return Policy
30 Days Return/Exchange
You have 30 days after placing the order to return or exchange your items. In order to qualify for a return or exchange, the items must be unopened and unused. If you would like to return or have your items replaced due to damage or inconsistent quality, please reach out to us because we are more than happy to help.
The refund will begin processing as soon as we receive the items at our warehouse and they pass through inspection.
Cancelling An Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Any orders that are cancelled after shipment will not be reimbursed on the shipping and handling costs. We will gladly exchange or return your items for your as long as they are within the 30 day return period and the items are unopened and unused.
