Shipping
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. UPS Ground and USPS First-Class services are our primary carriers.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped out within 5 business days
- UPS Expedited orders received Monday to Friday before 12:00 PM PST will ship in 24 hours.
- UPS Ground – delivered in 5-7 business days.
- UPS 3 Day – delivered in 3 business days.
- UPS Overnight – delivered in 1 business day.
- USPS First-Class Package Service – delivered in 7-10 business days.
Estimate delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. There might be a delay in receiving your orders during sale events, special holidays, and inclement weather.

Returns
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If we have made an error, we accept full responsibility and will correct the error expeditiously. If you purchased your item(s) directly from the Pelican™ Hydration website within the last 30 days, we could assist you with a return label. We accept returns of items purchased from our website within 30 days from shipment for a refund due to our error, minus any shipping fees. You will be responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
We will not accept returns for customized or personalized products or items purchased outside of the Pelican Hydration website.
