INTERLINK NEXT DAY SERVICE (WORKING DAYS ONLY MON - FRI)

Interlink Express 24 hour courier with Predict, when using this option we will give you a more precise estimated of when your goods will be delivered. The morning of your delivery we will email you an approximate 1 hour window, so gone are the days of having to wait in all day to take collection of your goods. If you have provided us a mobile phone number you can also receive text notification of your delivery.

For next day delivery orders need to be placed before 1:00pm. These are delivered Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, no deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays
Certain areas may not qualify for 24 hour delivery (Service may take longer)
If you are not there to receive your delivery, please follow the instructions on the card left.
Next day delivery is for Working days only Monday - Friday.

ROYAL MAIL 2ND CLASS

Selected items qualify for Royal Mail 2nd class post delivery this will take 3-5 working days
Please see checkout pages to see if available.

FREE POSTAGE

Free postage is available for any orders over the value of £75 before postage is added. (If discount codes are available & used the order value must exceed £75.00 after the discount has been calculated or postage will be charged). Please bear in mind that we reserve the right to send the goods by our least costly service, if you are having your goods delivered to mainland UK (not including Highlands and Islands) this will usually be delivered by Interlink on a Next day service. If you are having the goods sent to a Highlands or Islands address this will be sent via Royal Mail.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders are usually shipped within 48hrs and posted by Interlink and Royal Mail 2nd class, please note that these maybe signed for services so please ensure someone is in to sign for it.

Post charges are between £2.99 & £4.99 (UK Mainland only)
Up to £10.00 for NI, Isle of Wight / Man / Scilly and Scottish Highlands & Islands

Postage costs depend on weight and are shown in the checkout pages

Any deliveries scheduled to arrive on a Bank Holiday will be delivered the following day.

Please note we are unable to guarantee next day delivery on any order.

Please make sure that you select the correct shipping zone at the checkout or additional postage may be required.

If an item is unable to be delivered and is not collected from the depot (Interlink or Royal Mail) within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us and you will be charged postage rates again to resend the item/s to you. Deliveries are only classified as lost after a period of 14 days after posting.
