By participating in the EasyTot Baby Registry Gift Card Program (“Program”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility and Participation
To be eligible for a gift card, you must create a baby registry on the EasyTot platform with a minimum of 10 products. The Program is open to US residents who are 18 years of age or older. Participation in the Program is subject to verification of eligibility.
Qualifying Purchase
A qualifying purchase for the purposes of this Program must meet the following criteria:
- The purchaser does not share a household with the baby registry recipient.
- The purchase amount must be greater than $100 (USD).
- Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or partially refunded are not eligible.
Gift Card Issuance
A gift card will be emailed to the email address associated with the baby registry owner’s account after a qualifying purchase from the baby registry. The gift card will be mailed 45 days after the qualifying purchase to the baby registry owner.
General Terms
EasyTot reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. EasyTot reserves the right to disqualify any participant or void any gift card if it believes the participant has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Participants are responsible for any taxes associated with receiving or using the gift card. Participants may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under the Program without the prior written consent of EasyTot. By participating in the Program, participants agree to receive communications from EasyTot regarding the Program. Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Participants agree to EasyTot’s Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
