BULKY ITEMS
We do not accept PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as delivery addresses on orders containing bulky items.

Please note you, as the customer, are responsible for any import taxes, custom charges or any applicable charges that your country may be charging. Please look at import fees before purchasing to assess any charges.
If your item is returned due to non payment of import fees (even if you were not notified) We cannot refund shipping charges. You will be responsible for the shipping charges again to post your item, or a refund of the item only will be processed once the item is returned in the original condition to us.
We take no responsibility for customers who are not aware of the charges, did not receive correspondence from customs or refused payment of additional fees.
Pick UpPick up is available from Seddon, Vic, 3011 - if the item is in stock it is generally ready with-in 24 hours. Please contact us for more information.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to selected suburbs in and around 3011 (inner west Melbourne) for a fee of $5. In most cases orders will be delivered with-in 24 hours. Please leave your mobile when you order and we will be in touch.
