So if you are unhappy with your order in anyway you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. ALL items can be returned EXCEPT underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, contact lenses, earrings and cosmetics due to Australian health & hygiene standards. Opened hair dye cannot be returned.
