Product FAQ:
Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! We love making custom unique designs! If you have a design in mind that you do not see available, please feel free to reach out to us so that we can do our best to make it happen for you!
Will I receive a proof?
We do not supply a proof of your personalized design as standard to ensure we do not delay your order, however if you would like to see the design before we create it please request this along with your personalization when you place your order. If requested, we will not proceed with your order until you are 100% happy with the design. Please ensure you factor in extra time for this, as edits may delay your order.
Can the fonts be changed?
Of course! If you happen to prefer a font used on a different item from my shop, I will be happy to use it. Please just include the link to the blanket that has the font you prefer in a note during checkout.
Can my order be rushed?
Yes, if you need your order rushed, I do offer an express production option to have your order made quicker.
Can the blanket be made in a different color?
Sometimes. The text and parts of some designs can be made with a different color. Watercolor floral is not able to be changed however I can try to create something with in the color you are looking for. Please contact me before purchasing to make sure I can make the adjustments you would like.
Do you make personalization changes?
Yes, if an item is available to be personalized the personalization name(s) will be changed to the any that left in the notes for me during checkout. If you would not like a name to be added simply leave "No Name."
Shipping FAQ:
When will my order ship?
All orders are made to order. This means that your order will not be created until it has been submitted. Your order will be processed as soon as possible, but we do try our best to complete the oldest orders first. Please take note of the shipping time frame listed in the description for each product.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you're needing to change your shipping address, please reach out to Dashing Fox as soon as possible with your order number and updated address information. If your order has not been prepared for shipment yet, we will edit your address for you. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to edit the shipping address for you. We are always happy to assist the best we can at that time. If the order is returned to us due to wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Where is the rest of my order?
There are certain product types that do not ship together. For instance, if you ordered a wood sign or milestone marker and a blanket. The wood pieces will ship separately as they’re made in two separate locations. If you receive a partial order, please know that we are doing our best to ship the remainder of your items in a timely manner and as close to the other items as possible.
Will I receive tracking numbers?
Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a shipment notification by email. This email will be sent to the address you used when you placed the order and will include a tracking number. If you ordered multiple items, there is a chance that the items could be split and shipped in separate packages. We do our best to ship all your items as close together as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fully shipped you will receive a shipping notification that contains tracking information for your order.
Lost or Stolen Package
If an order does not reach the intended address and is deemed lost, we will contact the carrier and report the package so that an investigation can begin. If the order cannot be located, a new order will be sent to the customer.
We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. We will contact the carrier to verify that the order was indeed shipped to the correct address, but the customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently offer international shipping with Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail only.

Custom Item Returns
We take great pride and care in making your custom order. All purchases are made to order, so unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement for custom items since it is unique to you. Feel free to ask us for any advice if you would like a second opinion. We would love to help you.
If there was an error in production that we determine to be our fault, we will replace the item at no charge to you. Please reach out to us, within 30 days from the date you placed your order, at Dashing Fox and we’ll be happy to help.
Cancellations
We begin working on orders almost immediately. Once your order has been submitted, it is not possible to cancel after 2 hours.
Damaged Item
We know how frustrating this situation can be. If we made a mistake, or your item was damaged in transit, we'll take care of it.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us within 14 days from the date you received your order so we can replace it for you.
Wrong Item
We do our best to get every order delivered without any issue. However, sometimes we do make a human error and ship the wrong item(s). If you happen to receive an incorrect item from us, don't worry - we'll take care of it quickly and hassle-free!
