Please follow these steps once you receive the flowering plants/trees:
- Carefully remove the outer packaging from the shipped plant without disturbing the nursery pot or grow bag.
- Remove the coco fiber which is present on top of the nursery bag and fill the nursery bag/pot with potting soil.
- Place the nursery pot/bag in a full shaded area (don't expose to direct sunlight) for 2 weeks to help the plant acclimate to its new environment. Direct sunlight at this stage will kill the plant. The plant can be kept in balcony or near window curtain where it will receive indirect sunlight. Do not keep it in closed room.
- During the acclimation period, ensure the plant receives adequate water, but avoid overwatering.
- It's normal for the plant to lose some leaves due to stress during transit or after that. Customers need not panic. When you follow the above procedure, new leaves will appear.
- After the 2-week acclimation period, when the plant has new leaves, carefully remove the plant from its current pot or grow bag if required and re-pot it into a larger container or transplant it into the ground. Do not fertilize the plant during its acclimation period.
- Gradually introduce the plant to increased sunlight, monitoring its health and adjusting as necessary.
