All purchases include a 6 month warranty. If your piece breaks or a stone falls out within the time of warranty, we’ll gladly repair it for you. Please email us at [email protected] with the order # or the email address and name associated with the order.

Ordered wrong size
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, no problem! Within the first 30 days, your first re-sizing is on us!

Your satisfaction means everything to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it.

All of our jewelry is custom made and shipped from Toronto, Canada. Our jewelry takes up to 14 business days to produce, unless you've chosen our rush option which is 1-3 business days for an additional fee. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
