RETURN POLICY
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
- Orders more than 30 days from date of purchase by customers are non-refundable.
- All product returns must be in unopened, unused and in salable condition upon arrival at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund.
- Any products that have been opened or used will NOT BE REFUNDED.
- Any package that is refused, unclaimed or undeliverable due to insufficient address is also subject to 15% restocking fee.
- We require pictures of damaged goods in order to issue a return/refund. Any damage products received by the customers are subject to a claim within 3 days. HairDepot is not responsible if a claim is not addressed within the timeline.
** Please include a copy of your order invoice or order number in your returning package.
REFUNDS
A 15% restocking fee and Shipping & Handling fees will be assessed on all returned merchandise when opting for a refund of the original form of payment. The restocking fee will be waived if the return is due to company error or product defect.
Allow 7-10 business working days for your refund to post to your account.
Some refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution.
Refunds can only be credited back to the same payment method used on the original order.
HairDepot does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Original Shipping & Handling fees are fully reimbursed if an error was due to a product defect or company error.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
If you wish to return an item to Hairdepot, please follow the instructions below within 30 days of purchase.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in unopened, unused and salable condition to ensure that you receive credit.
- Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
- Please include your original receipt with your order number, reason for return, billing name, and address with the item(s).
- Send the return package to the following address (you can use the label provided on the front of your receipt):

- Package should be shipped prepaid through a traceable method like UPS or Canada Post. Please note: Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.
