Typically only national postal operators (like Canada Post or the US Postal Service) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including posters and bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
Our Order Fulfillment Break down:
Estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time. Think:
Estimated fulfillment + Estimated shipping = Estimated delivery time
It takes 2–7 business days to create a product and fulfill an order, each item is custom made. We calculate the estimated fulfillment time; we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.
The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
- Shipments of some products may ship from more than 1 facility to fulfill an order
When the order is completed you will receive a confirmation email stating that your product is being processed for delivery. Each product goes thru rigorous quality control to ensure the end product received by the customer is beyond satisfaction.
When shipping items to Canada, please note that some packages may incur customs fees upon arrival. These fees are determined by Canadian customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer to pay. To ensure transparency and clarity, we include this information in our shipping policy. We encourage customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs procedures to avoid any unexpected charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Covid-19 may cause delays in delivery. Generally takes between 2-3 weeks to receive an order.
That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us [email protected] we’ll check your order status and let you know how to precede.

Depending on your order destination, you may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area. When customs-clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Lost Packages - For packages lost in transit, All claims must be submitted No later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you or your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you or your customer got in touch with the local post office or courier to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you or your customer thinks they haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to at your expense.
Wrong Address - If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, neck gaiters, socks, size exchanges are not offered at this time.
Gorilla Godz does not accept returns of specific goods, such as but not limited to face masks, neck Gaiters and Socks which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Notification for consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
- The supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore Gorilla Godz reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
