Carleen Mathews
PROFESSIONAL ATHLETE
Carleen has been involved in athletics and sports her whole life. She played college softball before finding CrossFit in 2010. Carleen is a two-time CrossFit regional champion and a three-time CrossFit Games Athlete. Carleen has overcome many obstacles in her life - from drugs and alcohol to an eating disorder. Carleen is passionate about sharing her story of recovery and overcoming adversity to others struggling through similar battles. Outside of competition Carleen owns CrossFit St. Helens in Oregon with her husband. In addition to being the head coach, she also runs a class for those in recovery from drug and alcohol issues.
