The TBM Axtra Dreams Referral Program ("Campaign") is organized by Tan Boon Ming Sdn. Bhd. (494355-D) and governed by the terms and conditions and accompanying details and/or guidelines (if any) as may be issued and specified by TBM.

The Campaign has been created to reward you, as our loyal Customers, ("Referrer") for doing what you would already do: recommending us to your peers who sign on to be Axtra Dreams customers (“Referee”).  

By participating in the Campaign, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions and any other relevant terms applicable and available on TBM, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

1. To be eligible to participate in the Program, both the Referrer and the referee must be at least 18 years of age. 

2. Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of the customer’s eligibility to participate in the Campaign. TBM further reserves the right to cancel the eligibility under this Campaign without prior notice.

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

3. To participate in the program, the Referrer must provide the Referrer Code within 12 months of signing up for the Axtra Dreams program.

4. Referrers must register at https://shop.tbm.com.my/pages/axtra-dreams and follow the on-screen instructions to refer friends to the program by entering their contact information in the relevant fields.

5. After receiving a confirmation email, the Referrer must provide his/her Referrer Code to his/her Referee.

6. Referrer must respect the spirit of the Program by recommending only real individuals who meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions.

QUALIFIED REFERRAL

7. A "Qualified Referral" means that all the following conditions are met:
(a) The Referee must complete the sign-up with no refundable deposit of a minimum of RM10,000.

(b) Only ONE (1) Qualified Referral can be earned for each Referee.

EARNING REWARDS

8. The Referrer shall receive ONE (1) Reward in the form and value determined by TBM for each verified Qualified Referral generated by the Referrer. 

9. Rewards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

VERIFIED QUALIFIED REFERRALS

10. Rewards are subject to verification. TBM may delay a Reward for investigation. TBM may also refuse to verify and process any transaction TBM deems, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or beliefs will impose potential liability on TBM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents. All of TBM's decisions are final and binding, including whether a Qualified Referral or Reward is verified.

DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY

11. By participating in the Campaign, the participants are deemed to have consented to the following:

i) the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her name, identification/passport number, image, voice, and/or likeness by the TBM for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing, and/or other purposes without any payment and/or compensation, except where prohibited by law. 

ii) receiving promotional, marketing, and other publicity information from TBM from time to time.
