RETURNS:
Customers can return:
- Damaged or incorrect product received. (Video proof of unboxing required)
- Product does not turn on after opening & charging.
- Product stops working within 7 days of purchase.
Customers cannot return:
- Product not meeting customer expectations (change of mind not applicable)
- Returns after 7 days from purchase.
NOTE:
- We strongly advise customers to record an unwrapping or unpacking video of their parcel for documentation purposes in case of any issues.
- Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition with all original packaging and accessories.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund (minus original shipping costs) will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
