    To maintain the quality of the plush, we recommend spot cleaning or hand washing only. Machine washing or drying may potentially damage the plush.

    Certainly, we offer the option for customized plushies. As both the designer and manufacturer of our adorable plush collection, we welcome custom orders.   • Where will my products ship from✈️?   

    We operate from two distinct warehouses, located in China and the USA respectively. Your orders will be shipped from the warehouse that corresponds to your geographical location.

  • What is meant by 'gift packing' 🎁

    When you opt for a plush item with gift packing, your order undergoes a distinct packaging process. Initially, your plush will be encased within a dedicated gift box, eschewing the vacuum-sealing process. Additionally, the gift box includes a selection of merchandise and a badge holder. The specific items included as gifts may vary depending on festivals or stock availability, but rest assured, they consistently comprise delightful and appealing offerings✨💝

  • What countries do you ship to✈️📦?  

    We currently facilitate shipping services to a majority of countries🌏; however, there are specific exceptions.Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping services to the following countries: Ukraine, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Brunei, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bolivia, Belarus, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Argentina, Aruba, and Martinique.

      Ordinarily, our standard delivery time spans 7-14 days. Should there be an absence of logistics updates for an entire week, which is considered abnormal, we kindly request you to contact our customer service at [email protected] for further assistance.

      While it is not mandatory to create an account, for a more expedited checkout process, you have the option to proceed as a guest. However, if you opt to create an account, you gain the advantage of faster checkouts, access to your order history, and enhanced convenience for future purchases, as your details are securely linked to your personal account.

      📌Accepted Payment Methods:

Additionally, we offer the convenience of payment through PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Sorry we don’t accept COD so far.

As soon as your order is dispatched, the authorization hold will transition into a completed charge, and the payment will be captured. For those who choose PayPal as their payment method, the payment will be captured upon the confirmation of your order.

    • Can I modify or cancel my order?

      Regrettably, once the order has been shipped, address modifications are no longer feasible from our end.  However, you are welcome to initiate a return for a refund.

      The term "unfulfilled" refers to the status of an order that has not yet been dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, the status will be updated to "fulfilled."

      Returns are accepted within a 30-day period from the date of receipt for any reason, excluding customized items. To facilitate a return, ensure that the items being returned are in the same condition as delivered. Please be aware that we are unable to process exchanges.

    • When will my money be refund
