EXCHANGE POLICY
- If there any damage or any fault or difference you would find Jeweller Hub will be responsible to change the Product, the customer would have to resend the parcel through PAKISTAN POST courier service at Jeweller Hub’s Address.
- The customers who wants to exchange the Items with another like (Bangles size, Bangles design) or whatever they have to pay 350/- delivery charges.
- Item can only be exchanged if its not the same as in picture.
- Customer should add Complete and proper address with House number,Block number and street number Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get there parcel at doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be cancelled.
- If Customer want to exchange any product after receiving her\he order she\he must pay both side Delivery Charges as there was no issue from our end.
- Jeweller Hub allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have purchase in Pakistan.
- Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 3 days
- Exchange allowed only if the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.
