What are your return policies?

Our goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason simply return it to us. please return your purchase in its original packaging unused unless stated otherwise, along with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days from the purchase date. Please examine the outer box and all contents instantly upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Item(s) Shipped/Defective/Damaged Item(s)..

What is your returning process?

To initiate a return for your product, follow these steps:

  2. Enter your Order ID, which can usually be found on your purchase confirmation or receipt.
  3. Specify the reason for your return, providing a brief explanation.
  4. Describe the condition of the item, indicating if it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
By following these steps, you can start the return process for your product.

      How do I know if you have received my return?

      We strongly recommend a tracked courier service when returning the item.

      Refunds (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll additionally notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you're approved, then your refund is going to be processed, and credit can automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      For any brand-new item, if you have opened it and then decide to return it because you no longer need it, there will be a handling charge of 10%.

      Please note that we do not offer free returns for change of mind. If there is no defect with the device, the return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

      How quickly will a refund reach my account?

      The money should reach your original payment method in 3-5 working days after a refund has been processed for your order, while credit/debit cards may take up to 30 days depending on who you bank with. We'd love to make things faster, unfortunately, we can't control the timelines!

      You can check the status of your order from your account from the 'View Orders' section. You can view any refund details by clicking the 'View Order Details' button.

      Full refunds will be processed if we receive the item(s) within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

      • The product is returned to us within the returns period stated as per the date you placed your order.
      • The product is returned to us in its original packaging.
      • If the item is brand new, it must be sealed in its original condition.
      • The product is returned to us in the same condition we delivered it to you.
      • The product meets our returns requirements.

      Product Warranties

      After 30 days from the date of purchase, the product will be covered under a 1-year warranty.
