Room of Choice* Deliveries (Limited Availability)
Our room of choice delivery service is currently limited to certain postcodes within the UK and on certain ranges within our store. These mainly tend to be the solid wood and specialist ranges although this is not exclusive.
We aim to make it available to all but unfortunately we are not there as yet.
Here are a list of the services available, mainly on our solid wood ranges:-
Saturday delivery to room of choice*
Guaranteed delivery between 7am & 12 noon
Guaranteed delivery between 12 noon & 5pm
Guaranteed delivery between 5pm & 9pm
Unpacking of goods and dispose of packaging
Saturday delivery plus unpacking of goods & packaging disposal
If the room of choice services are available on your order, the options will appear during checkout.

Shipping Times
Shipping times will vary dependent on the warehouse from which your item is being shipped, as goods are shipped directly from our partner warehouses.
We will show our estimated delivery times on each order at the time of order, these are only an estimate, as orders may on occasion be delivered outside this window. If there are issues with shipping times from individual warehouses they will be displayed here.
If you order multiple items from different suppliers please be aware they will be shipped separately on different carriers and will not arrive together.
Where applicable you will be issued tracking information or the carrier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Shipping Paid Orders (Free Delivery)
- Shipping paid is on orders of fifty pounds or more
- If shipping paid orders are returned for refund, all delivery charges incurred for the transaction will be deducted from refund
- Shipping paid is not available to excluded postcodes*
- Shipping charges are not refundable
