All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. (RMA)

Please note:
- Return requests are only accepted within 15 business days of receipt.
- All items must be in; unworn, unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser; tracking is recommended.
- Customer must send the return within 30 days of receipt of the return authorization.
- All Custom orders are final sales; however, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 15 business days of receipt.
- Defective item and wrong item received returns must be submitted within 5 business days of receipt and a return shipping label will be provided at no cost.
All the above criteria must be met for the refund to be approved and issued.
Refunds are issued within 2 business days after the return has been received.
Please allow 2-10 business days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.
