Shipping and Returns

 

 

Shipping

Our warehouse start early to get all orders dispatched quickly as we know how important it is to receive your parcels on time. We aim to dispatch all orders received on the same or next working day provided orders are placed by midday.

UK mainland and Northern Ireland

Standard delivery (3-5 working days) £3.99

Express delivery (2-3 working days) £6.99

Super Speedy delivery (1-2 working days) £10

Next 'working' day delivery (order must be placed before 11am) £15

Saturday Delivery (order to be placed on Friday morning pre 11am) £25 

Highland and Islands (4-5 working days) £14

Free Shipping: we offer free shipping on all orders over £50 to UK mainland addresses. This can takes approx 5 working days.

International delivery £25 (please note local taxes & duties will be payable by recipient on delivery.)

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking reference – please check your junk folder if you don’t receive it

*We are all very aware of the current pressures on the shipping services so please be aware that some deliveries may take longer to arrive. We advise you selecting the express service if you are on a tight deadline or your party is one week away.

All orders placed after midday on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Royal Mail do not collect or deliver on a Bank holiday or public holiday so please take this into consideration if you need your delivery delivered quickly.

Returns
If you wish you return a product please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery by emailing us [email protected] 
Returns must be received in their original unopened condition. 
Returns to us are at your own cost and we must receive them within 7 days of your delivery. 
Please obtain proof of postage as we will not accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned items. 
Refunds will only be issued for the value of the item returned. 
This will be credited to the customer’s original method of payment within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.
Damaged products
If your products are damaged in any way, please email our customer service team on [email protected] 
Please give us a brief indication of the problem and be sure to include your order number as well as an image of the faulty product. 
If the products are deemed to be faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily refund or replace the items.
Cancellations
Please ensure you are happy with your order and check spelling and punctuation on personalised stickers before completing your order.
If you do need to cancel your order, please do it as soon as you can as we send out orders on the same or next day and can only refund you the value of the item, not the shipping costs incurred. You can email us [email protected] if you wish you cancel your order
