Prex Hobby, a vibrant toy store renowned for its diverse range of products, is searching for a Social Media Promoter and In-Store Sales Associate. This dual role is perfectly suited for individuals keen to engage with the Gundam enthusiast community via social media and face-to-face in our West Vancouver store to help our brand grow. Responsibilities:

Social Media Promotion:
- Spearhead our marketing and advertising initiatives, focusing on social media to promote Gundam models.
- Participate in the product selection process by researching and choosing Gundam models that resonate with our customer base.
- Design attractive product displays and listings on our social media.
- Collaborate with our team to enhance the user experience and store performance, emphasizing engagement with the West Vancouver Gundam community.

In-Store Sales:
- Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product information and recommendations based on their interests and needs.
- Manage inventory, ensuring that Gundam models and other products are well-stocked, displayed attractively, and easy to access.
- Handle transactions, including sales processing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
- Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring a clean, inviting environment for customers.
- Participate in setting up in-store promotions or events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements:
- A deep passion for Gundam models and experience in assembling them.
- Knowledge of Gundam market trends and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers both online and in-person.
- Extensive connections within the local Vancouver Gundam community.
- Proven experience in retail or sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
