Your purchase of Goods will be subject to certain laws including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law, All Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify (or have the effect of doing so) any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
