You read that right! We're looking for a full time fulfillment coordinator to aid fulfillment, customer service and production of our lines of headwear, wood inlay phone cases and more! Some degree of logistics or customer service experience preferred, but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to work with their hands to really take ownership of the position and excel with plenty of room to grow to a management position.
Primary duties of the position will include: Packaging and shipping of direct to customer and wholesale orders, customer service, interfacing with production to build and fulfill products promptly and accurately, aiding production with completion and packaging of orders.
The ideal candidate will be organized, self starting and eager to learn new skills and systems. Ability to self manage, communicate clearly and effectively with the team, and remain organized while managing dozens of complex orders and projects to completion are fundamental requirements for success in this position. Above all else, we are looking for someone with a passion for building streamlined systems and constantly improving results. If you have relevant experience, please include in your cover letter.
At the end of the day, we’re a tight knit, small team, and duties will shift as weekly and monthly needs change, every week presents different challenges and projects, so we’re looking for someone who is eager to rise to the challenges of different projects to best meet the changing needs of the business week by week. Additional duties could include but not limited to customer service, laser cutter operation and management, embroidery and machine sewing, inventory and facilities management, event setup, sales and.... whatever comes up!
Hours are flexible and will vary weekly, minimum 30 hours, up to 40hrs/week. Willing to accommodate minimum/maximum hour requirements. Competitive hourly pay.
