RETURN POLICY

Old Bones Co. Offers a Full, 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy

Old Bones Co. offers a no-risk, 30-day return policy on all our products. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of arrival for a full refund or store credit. Customer is responsible to arrange return shipping with a shipping carrier and also responsible for the return shipping charge. Damages must be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt. Shipping is non-refundable unless otherwise verified with a customer representative. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise will be deducted from the total refund amount. Merchandise must be received back in warehouse & inspected before any replacement/refund will be issued.

15% Restocking fee will apply towards the following return products:

  • Beds
  • Storage Units, Dressers, Media Centers, Shelving
  • Over Size Units

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Item(s) must be in original packaging and in new condition to qualify for a refund.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: (Exclusions Apply)

  • Floor Displays
  • Lighting Fixtures/Electrical
  • Made to Order Items
  • Custom Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Items
  • Trade/Wholesale Items

Some exceptions for the above items can be made with a 25% restocking fee and occurred shipping costs once the item is returned to the original shipping destination & approved by management. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your item(s) are are in shipping stage or in transit, your order cannot be cancelled or returned. If the ordered item is refused from the carrier, you will be responsible for shipping costs and 25% restocking fee. 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your return is received and approved, you can expect your funds to be credited to your credit card (or original payment method) within 7 business days.

We'll send you a confirmation email once your return is processed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed / email to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
