What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?
- All products purchased from sukhiaatma.com are applicable for Return/Exchange.
- Customers can Return/Exchange their order within 7days of the order delivery.
- In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
- If you have received a defective product, send us images at [email protected] or Whatsapp us at +919284857988 and we will get back to you.
- Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range and you can apply for exchange only once. For 2nd Exchange order we charge rs.100/-.
- Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
- All Return/Exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- To schedule an exchange/return please mail us at [email protected] with your order details.
- Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
- The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.
- While exchanging the Products which are purchased, In case the Product requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded to original payment method.
Please Note:
For sale product Rs.100/- will be charged for Return/replacement.
For 999/- offer and order below 349/- Rs.150/- will be charged for Return/replacement.
How do I self-ship the products?
- Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
