Refunds:
We will not be able to refund custom products.
Please email [email protected] to start the refund process for non-custom products. If the item is defective, then we will provide a full refund and cover the return shipping. If the refund reason is for a reason other than defective product (you changed your mind, etc), then the customer has to cover the return shipping (please provide us the tracking number) and we will provide a full refund once we have received the product back to us. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it will take some time for your credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping:
Please see each individual listing for specific processing times. In general, we will ship standard shipping speed within 1-5 business days of your order date. During the holiday season (November-December), processing time is 1-10 business days.
