Return and Exchange Policy

Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under the policy and our obligations to you.

 

Change of Mind Purchases

If you want to return or exchange a product for a change of mind or a similar reason, please note the following:

  1. Contact: Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Return: Ensure we receive the product within 14 days of the delivery date.
  3. Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Damaged packaging may result in the return not being accepted.
  4. Exclusions: Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

 

Universal Pram Liners

If you're not satisfied with your pram liner, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note the following:

  1. Condition: Damaged or soiled liners do not qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  2. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
  3. Requirements: Return the pram liner along with the shoulder strap covers in the reusable zipper package.
  4. Contact: Email us at [email protected] before returning the item.
  5. Acceptance: Returns or exchanges for damaged or soiled items may not be accepted.
  6. Exclusions: Sale items are not eligible for returns.

     

    Backpacks & Lunch Bags

    We provide a 6-month warranty for our backpacks and lunch bags, starting from the date of delivery.

    We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products. However, factors such as frequent use, washing, and exposure to food, beverages, and sunlight can lead to natural wear and tear. These elements impact the product's longevity and appearance, making it challenging to consistently evaluate the condition. Therefore, we cannot offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges beyond the specified timeframe in our return and exchange policy.

     

    1. Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects only.
    2. Exclusions: Items that become faulty due to misuse, regular wear and tear, or issues not related to manufacturing defects are not covered. Shipping costs are also not covered for items damaged by normal wear or misuse.
    3. Please note that if you add a monogram or name directly onto the backpacks/lunch bags, we cannot assist with any defects, as the item has been altered by a third party.
    4. Evidence:  Email us at [email protected] before returning the item.
    5. Review Process: We will request photos, videos, or the return of the product for review before offering alternative options. For backpacks and lunch bags that are within the warranty period, only store credit will be issued once the eligibility is confirmed.

     

    General Return and Exchange Policy

    If wonderland4children accepts a product for exchange and you wish to select a different design, the exchange will be subject to product availability. Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage fee if you choose to exchange your product.

    For refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing the refund can take up to seven working days, and it may take up to ten working days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Please be aware that a small transaction fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

    Please contact us at [email protected] before returning your goods so that we can authorize your return. Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and we will retain the item. If you wish to have the item returned to you, the return postage will be at your cost.

    Faulty Items

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us before using the item.

    1. Replacements/Refunds: Replacements, store credit or refunds are offered only for items found to be defective within 14 days of the delivery date. The specific conditions for each product type apply to this policy.
    2. Evaluation: You may be asked to return the item for an evaluation.
    3. Please note that if you add a monogram or name directly onto the Backpacks / Lunch Bags, we cannot assist with any defects, as the item has been altered by a third party.
    4. Contact Information: Email [email protected] with your full name, contact number, email address, order number, and 2-3 detailed photos and descriptions of the fault.
    5. Shipping Costs: We will cover reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed faulty.

     

    We do not accept returns on products deemed faulty due to misuse, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to manufacturing.

     

    Cancellations

    We accept order cancellations if the shipping label hasn't been printed yet. However, please note that a transaction fee of 1-4%, depending on the transaction type and current exchange rate, will be deducted from your original payment as it has already been processed.
