MADE-TO-ORDER: In order to provide you with the best freshly made mooncakes, all our orders are made only when payment is confirmed. Therefore, it is best to place your orders according to the following schedule:
Deliveries are only on Wednesdays & Fridays.
- To receive delivery on Wednesdays, order between Thurs - Sun before 10pm.
- To receive delivery on Fridays, order between Mon - Wed before 10pm.
- To preserve freshness, we are only able to deliver within Klang Valley only.

Are your mooncakes gluten-free?
Yes. The ingredients are lotus paste, melon seeds, glutinous rice flour, shortening, juice from pandan leaves, redbean paste and juice from blue-pea flowers.
Do your mooncakes contain nuts?
The ingredients are lotus paste, melon seeds, glutinous rice flour, shortening , juice from pandan leaves, redbean paste and juice from blue-pea flowers. For individuals with food allergies, we are unable to guarantee that the product does not contain nuts.
Can I have a box of plain pandan lotus mooncakes without redbean?
Each box is packaged with a variety of 3 of each flavour. Customisations are not possible unfortunately, however we recommend doubling up on orders to avoid disappointment :)
Are your mooncakes halal?
Our mooncakes do not contain alcohol or lard. However, they are not halal certified.
Are your mooncakes lard-free?
Yes, our mooncakes are pork-free and lard-free.
Can you ship outside of Klang Valley?
To preserve the freshness of the snowskin, our mooncakes are only available to order within Klang Valley only.
Can I receive delivery on the weekend?
Kindly place your order between Mon-Wed before 10pm to receive delivery on Fridays. Our mooncakes may be consumed within 5 days and should be stored in the refrigerator.
Do your mooncakes have to be chilled?
Yes. Please keep refrigerated and remove to thaw for 10-15 minutes before eating.
