The first thing that you will need to do is confirm that you are indeed a YouTube channel member, which is different than being a YouTube subscriber. To verify this, go to the Aquarium Co-Op channel on YouTube. On the right side of the screen underneath the banner, you will be able to see a “See Perks” button. This indicates that you are an Aquarium Co-Op member. If you see a “Join" button, this means that either you are not paying for a channel membership or you are not signed into your Google account on YouTube. The next thing that you will need to do is to make sure that you are signed into your account on the Aquarium Co-Op website. Go to the upper right hand corner of our website and click on the “Login” link.

If you are not logged in, there will be a pop-up screen on the left side of the screen where you will be asked to enter your email address associated with your Aquarium Co-Op website account.

After you have entered your email address, you will be asked to verify your identity by entering the 4-digit code that was emailed to you. Find the code in your email inbox and enter it into our website.
