Order Processing
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the United States. For orders under $150, the shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
- Ground Advantage: 3-15 business days
- Priority Mail Express: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost; not available for limited release items)
International Shipping: We offer international shipping to selected countries.
- International Ground Advantage Shipping: 10-20 business days
- International Priority Mail Express Shipping: 5-10 business days (available at an additional cost)
Shipping Time Frames
Shipping time frames vary depending upon product selection:
- RAW Branded Items: Generally ship within 2 business days.
- Limited Release Items: Take 7-12 days to ship and 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Carriers
Domestic: We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and CJ Ordinary for domestic shipments.
International: We use DHL, FedEx, and UPS for international shipments.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Tracking Number: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Tracking Information: You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website or via our order tracking page.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Domestic Orders: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses within the United States based on states and cities, as applicable.
International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Recharge Active Wear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: If you provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make changes before the order is shipped. Recharge Active Wear is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to assist in resolving the issue.
