Thanks to its easy, adapter-free compatibility with the UPPAbaby Vista and Cruz strollers, the UPPAbaby Mesa infant car seat is hugely popular. That's also the problem: As UPPAbaby transitions from the 2016 to 2017 model, there's a nationwide shortage of Mesa car seats.
