I’m missing a product from my order, what do I do?
We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If an item is missing, please contact our TC Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item's name and number. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Please contact our TC Customer Care team with the order number and the incorrect item's name and number. The TC team will sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway.
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
If the item is damaged when you open the package, please take a picture and send it to our TC Customer Care team. There is no need to return the damaged items to us. The TC team will send a new item to you free of charge.
Can I cancel my order with you after I've placed it?
You have up to 12 hours to cancel your order from the time your order is completed through email. Once the 12-hour period has passed, it's too late for you or our Customer Care team to cancel your order If you cancel your order, we will refund what you paid through PayPal within 5 working days. DELIVERY
How does US Standard Shipping work?
if you choose US Standard Shipping*:
- If your order is above $49.00, no delivery charge will be applied. If your order value is less than this, the delivery charge is $4.00 for the first item and $2.00 per each additional items.
- Your package will arrive within 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order. ( It takes us 5-7 working to process your orders and another 5-7 working days to ship your package)
- If your order is shipped on a trackable service, we'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse.
- If you're not in when your packages arrive, the couriers will leave your package in your mailbox or on your porch. If this isn't possible, it will be left at your local post office and they'll leave you a card to tell you where it is.
- Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.
- Expedited shipping are currently unavailable. We are currently working with our logistic providers to make this happen.
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. The TC cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
How does International Shipping work?
After your order has been printed within 5-7 business days, your package will be shipped out for delivery. International Shipments take approximately 14 business days for delivery. So your order is always estimated to arrive within 21 business days.
International shipments originate through USPS (the United States Postal Service.) Once they leave the United States, they are handled by the postal system of the country listed for delivery.

My order hasn't arrived, could you tell me where it is?
Your estimated delivery date is in your Order Confirmation email – please allow until this date for your order to arrive. If your order has been sent on a trackable service, all you need to do is to type the tracking code into ‘Track Order’ and view your order.

RETURN & REFUND
All sales are final so we cannot cancel nor refund your order after the first 12-hour period. However, to ensure your pleasant shopping experience with us, we offer refund or replacement for damaged goods. Simply send us a photo verification of the damaged goods, then we will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
I’ve cancelled my order – when will my money be available again?
If you have cancelled your orders,then we will refund what you paid for your order but not the delivery charges (fee & tax where applicable) within 5 business days.
If the funds have not been released after 7 working days then please get in touch with the TC Customer Care team and we'll look into it further for you.
Fulfillment Errors vs. Customer Errors
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.
In the cases where customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, We cannot exchange the products as they are made to order.
