Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if they have not been installed or worn. The original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded, only the cost of the returned item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please email [email protected] to begin the return process.

What is your exchange policy?

All products can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase if they have not been installed or worn. The customer is responsible for the cost of the exchange shipping to Craft&Ride. Craft&Ride is responsible for the cost of shipping the exchange back to the customer. Please email [email protected] to begin the exchange process.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide to almost every country outside of the United States. We are able to ship to your country if you are able to checkout with your shipping address. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail. We can also ship via other services like UPS if the UPS shipping option is selected at checkout.

Where are Craft&Ride products shipped from?

All of our products are shipped out of our Southern California facility.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All domestic orders will arrive within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Please email [email protected] to request a transit time estimate for an international order.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or USPS Priority International Mail. We can also ship via other services like UPS if the UPS shipping option is selected at checkout.

Will you provide a tracking number with my order?

Yes, a USPS tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Warranty

Do your products come with a warranty?

All Craft&Ride® products are Crafted To Last™ and backed by the Craft&Ride® Lifetime Warranty. Your experience with each of our products is of the utmost importance. We guarantee that every Craft&Ride product will perform as designed for the life of the product. If not, we will repair or replace your product completely free of charge, no questions asked. Every product on www.craftandride.com is backed by the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty.

If at any time you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Craft&Ride product, we will correct the problem or replace it, regardless of whether you initially purchased the product or received it as a gift. Simply email [email protected] to initiate your claim and we will be ready to help you.

All Craft&Ride products have a minimum lifetime of five years. Loss, cosmetic wear and tear, or damage resulting from unconventional use is not covered by the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty. If you have any questions about the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty or are experiencing a problem with a Craft&Ride product outside of the lifetime of the product or the terms of the Craft&Ride Lifetime Warranty, please email [email protected].
