Shipping Methods
SDDIC ships components order from China to most countries in the world. We currently provide below different delivery methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS.
DHL Express &FedEx&TNT account: Customers also could use their own DHL Express/FedEx/TNT account to ship their goods.
We will notify you by email with tracking number once order is shipped.
Delivering Time
For in-stock parts, orders are estimated to ship out in 3 days. SSDIC ships orders once a day at about 5pm except Sunday. Once shipped, estimated delivery time depends on the below carriers you chose:
US/CA/MX Shipping
FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 5-7 days delivery, fully tracked service.
UK/DE/FR/IT Shipping
FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 5-7 days delivery, fully tracked service.
Russia Shipping
FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 5-7 days delivery, fully tracked service.
Australia/Japan Shipping
FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 5-7 days delivery, fully tracked service.
Worldwide Shipping
FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS: 5-7 days delivery, fully tracked service.
However, the shipping time can be greatly influenced by the following issues: extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, etc. In this case, we are incapable of guaranteeing on-time delivery, but we will try our best to ensure the on-time shipping date of the order from our side.
Shipping Costs
For order that less than 2kg, shipping costs/methods for your order can be found in the product page. Please click "estimate" button, choose the country and fill the postcode, all the available Shipping Methods/Shipping Cost will be shown on the page. Shipping costs/methods for your order also can be found in the shopping cart before you paid.

Shipment tracking
Normally, you will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your order ships. On this confirmation will be a link that will take you directly to the freight carrier's website so that you can track your order online. From our Order History page, you can also locate the tracking number and this is also a link to track your package.
Change shipping address/billing address
If you need to change or adjust the order address, please offer us the SDDIC order No. and describe your problems in details, then send to the customer service support team.
Note: if your order had been forwarded to the transportation company, we could not guarantee to change the address successfully. Please make sure you write the correct address info when you submit the order.
