Type: Full-Time (37 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per year (Depending on experience)
About Us: We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented tech-savvy individual to join our team as the Production Lead for Transfer Sheets. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent IT skills, and a commitment to producing top-notch products, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the production of transfer sheets, ensuring all products meet our high standards.
- Oversee the entire production process from start to finish. Including Printing, Spraying, Cutting, Bagging transfer sheets.
- Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.
- Operate and maintain printing machines, always looking for ways to improve and optimise process.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfilment.
- Continuously monitor quality control to ensure all products meet company standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Good IT literacy, comfortable navigating computer files.
- Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle delicate tasks with precision.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a similar production role is a plus but not required. This could be involving printing services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
