We are an e-commerce and a wholesale gift business that operates from NJ and ships to US and 40 other countries internationally. This is a great hands-on experience for those seeking an internship or entry level jobs since training will be provided. Job Responsibilities:

Fulfilling daily orders online from across all sites including but not limited to: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Macy's, Meta, Target

Creating shipping labels for new orders using appropriate platform

Preparing shipping boxes according to the order

Preparing manifests for shipments

Conducting inventory check as required

Coordinating printing and packaging jobs as needed for shipments

Handling customer service duties by following up on orders, issues and special requests
- Resolving package delivery issues by coordinating with customers and delivery services (USPS, UPS, Canada Post, etc.)

Assisting with logistics and customs for new shipments of stock

Helping in office/staff management duties as required
- Work pre, during and post events in New York or New Jersey where ModiToys is exhibiting with a booth

If the candidate has business development or sales experience, he/she can also be qualified for commission based work, in addition to base salary
Position Requirements:

Comfortable using computers, internet and mobile applications

Has working knowledge of most commonly used programs like Word, Excel, PPT, PDF, etc.
