Delivery Methods
Depending on your location we use the most appropriate and effective method of shipping.
Where is your warehouse?
Our HQ is located in South Melbourne, with stock stored at various sites in Greater Melbourne. Not all products are kept at all sites. This may have an impact on your order if the stock is not available at your local site.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard post can be between 7-14 business days to arrive (sometimes longer depending on location and stock availability). Tracking is available at an extra charge (this option is sometimes limited).
Stock Availability
If your order has an item that is backordered we will let you know as soon as possible after you have placed your order what time frame to expect. Your order will then be sent express once it arrives.
Customs and Duty charges
While we do our best to ensure that you are not charged any extra charges upon delivery to you, We will not be liable for any applicable Customs, Duty or local taxes that may be charged.
