Dr. Archana Muthanna, a mother and food technologist from CSIR-CFTRI, has formulated healthy foods to meet the nutritional needs for her child and is on a mission to share her knowledge with the world. Dr Archana, is the founder of Nurrishelite Diversities LLP, an entity which focuses on promoting healthy and nutritious foods.
