It doesn't have to be all or nothing, in fact we recommend starting with just a few nappies or reusable products. Did you know, according to a 2020 survey - the number one reason why families put off reusable products is because of the washing. I'm here to tell you it's really simple - in fact it's so simple it can be broken up into just 4 steps.
1. Dry Pail your dirty nappies in a "airy" basket until it's time to wash
2. Pre Wash your nappies within 24 hours on hot (40-60 degrees)
3. Main Wash your nappies within 48 hours of pre-wash on hot (40-60 degrees)
4. Dry

WHAT ARE THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS?
HOW MANY NAPPIES DO I NEED?
Whether you want to start using cloth nappies part-time or full-time, here’s how many nappies you’ll need to begin.
Part-time use: 8 to 10 cloth nappies is enough for part-time use of 2-3 per day.
Full-time day use: 12 to 18 cloth nappies is enough for full-time day use of 4-6 per day.
Full-time day and night use: 24 to 28 cloth nappies.
