As you may have already heard, we’re in the process of transitioning to a new warehouse! We started shipping packages from our new warehouse on January 2nd, so any orders placed on or after that date have been fulfilled by our new fulfillment team. There are SO many great things about our new warehouse (seriously, read to the end to uncover more), but the best part?! We’re able to ship either SAME DAY or within 24 business hours!

We started shipping packages from our new warehouse on January 2nd, so any orders placed on or after that date have been fulfilled by our new fulfillment team. - Where is the new warehouse?: Our new warehouse is based in Las Vegas, Nevada!
- What is the cutoff for same-day shipping?: Orders placed before 2 pm MST Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm MST will be shipped the following business day.
- I placed an order but it hasn't shipped yet. What's going on?: We started the transition to our new warehouse mid-December. Half of our inventory shipped to the new warehouse, and half stayed at our old warehouse. This allowed us to keep operating as normal. On January 2nd, our old warehouse packed up our remaining inventory + shipped it to our new warehouse. This means that some of our inventory is currently traveling to our new home. If you placed an order that contains items not yet at our new warehouse, you may either see a split shipment (meaning we'll ship the items that are in-stock now, and the rest later), or your order will not ship at all until the shipment arrives at our warehouse. We're asking for your patience as we finalize this transition - once everything has arrived and been scanned in at our new warehouse, this will be an AMAZING change for us!!!
- If my order only contains new items that have dropped since January 1st, will it be delayed in shipping?: Absolutely not! All new drops were shipped straight to our new warehouse, so none of our new products are impacted in any way. Orders containing new products only will ship either same day or the following business day.
- What other perks come with the new warehouse?: For the first time EVER, we're going to be offering returns!!! Yes, RETURNS! This is something you have wanted for a long time + we're excited to have this option now. You can read more about our return policy right here.
