Cut-off Dates for Christmas Delivery
Please note, as of 15/12/23 we are no longer able to guarantee that new orders placed will arrive before Christmas day.
For the best chance of receiving your items by Christmas, we strongly recommend placing your orders as soon as possible. Orders placed after the dates listed below may still arrive before Christmas, however it cannot be guaranteed.

Please ensure to allow reasonable additional time for deliveries to rural, remote or isolated regions. Delays of between 1-5 business days may occur during peak parcel periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, the Christmas Lead Up period, Boxing Day and New Years sales periods. Your patience and understanding during these high demand periods is greatly appreciated.
Delivery Tracking
For your convenience and peace of mind, all orders are trackable during their delivery via the selected couriers website. The chosen courier and the trackable consignment number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email once the order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking details to become viewable on the couriers website tracking system. If your order is still not available to track after 48 hours, please reach out to our customer support team so that we can investigate it for you. Please note that courier tracking systems may not show all parcel scans during peak parcel periods.
Closure Dates
Rest assured that our team are here to support you during this end of year holiday shopping period. Please note that our distribution warehouses will be closed on the below public holiday dates. All orders received on these days will be dispatched within the following 1-2 business days.
