We offer a full return (minus shipping fees) on any unworn & unwashed returned items within 14 days of receiving your product. We stand by our Made-in-the-USA products and are committed to make right any defect or quality issues beyond normal wear and tear.
SALE ITEMS:
If you are requesting a partial return of a bundle deal (i.e. you return only one item from a buy one, get one free deal or a discounted set), the item kept will be charged full price, and you will be refunded or credited for the prorated price of the item returned. Eg. Bralette bundle deal 2 bralettes for $60. If you return one bralette, you would receive $22 in store credit.
Samples, seconds, clearance and end of season sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit..
INTIMATE APPAREL:
- Bloomers: Liners must be intact in order to receive a refund or exchange for a Bloomer purchase.
- Bralettes: Bralettes can be EXCHANGED ONLY, not returned for a refund.
- CHEEKY and ADORE UNDIE : ARE FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

Making a return is simple and must be done through the link above.
- Enter your email address to bring up your order history.
- Or enter your order number & zip code to bring up a specific order.
- Answer a few simple questions and submit your request. After your return is approved, you will receive an electronic shipping label via e-mail.
- Use the label to mail back your package. Once we receive and review your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus return shipping fees.
At this time, we are unable offer return shipping labels for international orders (outside USA). International customers are responsible for shipping and tracking their return orders. We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
If you are outside the US, it will be sent USPS First Class International or Priority. It may take approximately 3-6 weeks.
Outside of the US, we ship only to Canada & Australia at this time. Please be advised that you are responsible for your country’s customs fees and delays.
