Crisis Text line - Text Home to 741741

Crisis Text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text 741741 from anywhere in the US to text with a trained Crisis Counselor. Crisis Text Line trains volunteers to support people in crisis so they are well trained to help.

This is a great option if you want a more traditional face-to-face experience. You can also view a therapist’s areas of focus and look for credentials and fees that perfectly match your needs.

Better Help - https://www.betterhelp.com

BetterHelp offers services to adults, couples, and teens to provide online counseling sessions. This worldwide resource is a great option for residents of rural areas who lack access to mental health services. Additionally, you can benefit from virtual counseling sessions in the comfort of your own home.

Additction Help - https://www.addictionhelp.com
