- Soak the rice for 6 to 8 hours
- Combine 1 cup of soaked rice with 4 cups of water
- Cook on medium heat for 20-30 minutes & serve
Note: Quickly transfer them to an airtight container upon receiving, especially during the monsoon season.
How is it different from Indrayani Brown Rice?
- If you are a rice lover and enjoy eating rice, always prefer Basmati Brown Rice over Indrayani. You won’t miss the unhealthy white rice. On the other hand, Indrayani Rice looks a little mushy when cooked because of its extra soft texture and is best for preparing cheelas, idlis, uttapam, dosa, vegetable appam, etc.
- Indrayani Brown Rice is a better option if you need rice for preparing kheer or khichdi.
Note: Please add water equal to 4 times the rice quantity at one time.
