Here at Deskbird NZ the delivery process of our standing desks is just as important as the desk itself. That is why we have decided to work with a number of carriers to ensure safe delivery our beautiful standing desks to you. Orders are processed everyday and are dispatched as soon as possible so that we can get the standing desks to you super fast!
Please note that certain orders may require extra processing time for various reasons, these include address verification, sold-out items, rural addresses, limited edition goods, pre-orders, large orders, payments, NZ public holidays and any COVID-19 related protocols.

Free Shipping: All our desks and chairs are shipped NZ wide (excluding rural) for free with no extra charge to the customer. Accessories cost $8.90 to courier nationwide, however if they are purchased with our standing desks then they will also be covered for free shipping.
Rural will incur extra charge, but we are happy to ship to your nearest Mainfreight depot for pick up free of charge.
Approximate delivery times (during business hours, Monday-Friday, excluding NZ public holidays) are as follows:

Returns:
We strive to produce top quality products and have excellent customer service. However there are sometimes errors that arise such as a defective/damaged products, damage during delivery and very rarely the wrong items being sent. In the case of a wrong or defective/damaged product, we will exchange your product(s) and provide a return label for you to print out for the courier to collect.
If you feel a product you received has a defect/error, please provide a photo in your email for documentation and we will replace the item as soon as we can.
If you are not happy with the desk and would like to return the desk, do email us and let us know. We will provide you the customer a return ticket free of charge, to send the desk back to our warehouse in the original state. Unfortunately if there are any damages, stains or changes to the products purchased we may not be able to provide a full refund.
