RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Your happiness is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase you can send it back within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, or within 30 days for a store credit or exchange. After 30 days, all sales are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on hair accessories, hats, swimwear, socks and tights due to sanitary reasons. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form and include your order number, the items for return, and the reason for return. Please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURN DETAILS
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging (unworn/unwashed)
- Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. We will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show up on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
- If you are returning a gift accompanied by a gift receipt, a store credit will be issued.
- Returned items will not be accepted after 14 days from date of purchase.
- Please note that any item smelling of cigarettes, detergent, or pet hair will not be eligible for a refund.
EXCHANGE DETAILS
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange an item
- Item(s) to be exchanged must be unworn and in original condition and packaging
Are sale items refundable?
We do not accept returns on sales items, however, they can be exchanged for another size (if available).
Will shipping be refunded to me?
We do not currently offer free returns, exchanges or refunds of shipping costs.
